PRES-LLC JOB POSTING – LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
PRES-LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper in Tidewater, VA and Pensacola, FL.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and shipping of various aircraft parts and equipment.
Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain records and prepare shipping documents
- Perform other stock-related duties, including packing and labeling parts
- Inspect parts for damage or discrepancies; report those to the item manager
- Coordinate the disposal of surplus items
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm inventory assets
- Coordinate the handling of freight
Storekeeper Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Skills to operate common office equipment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to acquire and maintain forklift certification
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds
Requirements:
- 3 years storekeeper experience
- Able to pass background checks
- Able to pass drug tests
JobType: Full-time / Part-time
